QUOTE(BarbieAnn @ Feb 24 2005, 07:46 PM) I am using IE with window 2000 professional I went thru the steps you outlined, then logged out and went back in only couldn't get into any of the other sites except this two threads. Do I need to create another password perhaps, or will this one work for all clubs? I can tell that this site is still in the birthing stage, right? Barbara boy |

sorry - I went to sleep.
what that means is your ipass is not showing that you belong to any of the fan clubs. Email support@tobykeith.com (any support person should be able to fix this) Tell them what your login email is the fan clubs you belong to that are part of Music City Network (this could be more than one) let them know that once you log in on the web site of one of the artists and go to the forum, it still thinks you are a guest. they will need to go into their data base and correct whatever isn't quite right with the data hope that helps |

QUOTE(windy @ Feb 24 2005, 12:56 PM) Might be a nice post except for the fact I still have zero clue as to 1) How one would go about getting an ipass? When you sign up for access to a site on the MusicCityNetwork you create an iPass. If you are posting here or reading this, you already have an iPass. 2) What does it cost, if anything? - being told no one is trying to sell me something I might not want does not tell me if there is a cost. An iPass costs nothing in itself, however, certain artists may require a charge to gain full access to their sites. For example, your iPass will allow you to post on the MCN boards for free, as well as the Jamie O'Neal boards (once you affiliate your iPass to JamieOneal.com) - but you will have to pay an annual due to affiliate your iPass to the Sawyer Brown Fan Club or the Toby Keith Fan Club. 3) Why would anyone write web pages that required identifying oneself every five seconds? This is what we refer to as exaggeration - overstating a situation in order to drive home a point. Thank you for your questions and participation, windy, I hope we can better serve you and all of this will become clearer and better executed in the weeks to come. *red edits by Jon (boldart) * (note added by windy) Much better, thank you. I think most of us dense folks will now understand hi |

Hi hi
If you are a member yet when you enter the forum it is telling you that you are a guest, click on the login link. It takes you back to the fansite entrance and you'll notice you are not logged in. Log in again - this usually works I am also having this problem. Nothing has changed on any of my systems except the security roll-up for XP on the ones running XP. However, this system is server 2003 and it has not changed at all. This is happening at home and at work so it is not ISP related This is happening using IE and Firefox so this is not browser related so Hi, the only advise I can give you is to try logging in again |

QUOTE(boldart @ Feb 24 2005, 11:34 AM) Whether you are a member of one Music City Networks fan club or many, the specially designed iPass allows an added bit of convenience to your time here. The iPass is, essentially, an online passport that retains your identity, making it easier for you to login to multiple MCN artists’ pages without having to repeat your personal information every five seconds. The good news: No one is trying to sell you anything you don’t want. The iPass is designed to better personalize your experience with Music City Networks, to get you to the content, contests, merchandise and forums of your choice, and to make it easier for you to explore other pages on the network. More good news: If you are stocking up on your favorite artist’s merchandise, the iPass can hang on to your billing and shipping information for you as well. Fewer clicks, fewer headaches. Simply put, the iPass is about community, flexibility and access. It is your starting point for exploring everything old and new that Music City Networks and your favorite artists have to offer. hey |

QUOTE(spvh @ May 7 2005, 10:17 AM) OK, this might be a dumb question, but how do we find out which other artists are on Music City Networks? Obviously I know Toby and Sawyer Brown are from the previous posts, but who else? Not a dumb question in my book! Haven't seen an answer yet...anyone got one? Thanks! |

QUOTE(NDGirl @ Apr 24 2006, 09:08 PM) I took the address from the address bar and replaced it with a different artists name to try some and found what I was looking for with another artist. http://tobykeith.musiccitynetworks.com Just replace Toby's name with an artist you are looking for and if they are part of the network their website should pop up. Good luck! :) Erin |

Is there a way to STAY logged in or to at least cut out the two step log in process? It's annoying to have to type in your email and password every time and THEN have to click on a link to open the board. Surely there is some 'remember me' feature I am missing?

Music City Networks has no direct forum access that I'm aware of. Try emailing support@tobykeith.com and asking. If you are not a member of Toby's fan club, try emailing the support person for the fan club you belong to. I get frustated with windows wanting me to click the flash buttons to activate them then click them again to get them to work. I never liked flash (except Aerosmith's old web site intro - it's down now :{ but I am starting to hate flash. |
